JHS Solar Solutions supplies and installs high quality solar photovoltaic tiles and slates.

Solar photovoltaic tiles and slates are the ideal solution if you want to install a solar technology at the same time as constructing a new or replacing an existing roof.  They fit directly into the roof, taking the place of conventional tiles or slates and are as simple to install as their conventional counterparts.

Installations of solar tiles and slates only qualify for the Feed-in Tariff if the work is carried out by an MCS accredited installer such as JHS Solar Solutions.

We can work with roofing contractors on a supply and install or supply only basis.

SOLAR TILES
We install C21e (M47-H38) solar tiles, a high efficiency tile that provides a perfect complement to a traditional pitched roof.  They are as fast to fit as traditional tiles with all the electrical work carried out within the building.

• Achieves over 1kWp for every 8.5 m2

Compatibility
Solar C21e tiles are compatible with several types of tiles and should only be installed with one of the tiles shown in the table below:

C21e  (M47-H38) Solar Slates

The C21e solar roof slate incorporates electricity generating monocrystalline solar cells into a roofing slate.  Compatible with a wide range of natural and artificial slates, solar slates deliver an excellent performance per square metre and are a very cost effective alternative to consider for new build or renovation projects.
