What are the limitations?

You will also have to become a Utility Warehouse account holder to receive the 2p payments for yourself. Lastly the extra payment will be paid monthly, directly onto your Utility Warehouse Account.

As with the general FIT scheme, should you sell your home, you will unfortunately transfer the FIT to the new owners of your property.
